Routine inspections should commence with the connectors. Thermal vulcanized connectors should be inspected quarterly for signs of delamination and bubbles. Mechanical connectors should be checked monthly for wear of the fasteners. The temperature of the bearings in the drums should be monitored weekly, and it should be below 70°C under normal conditions. The rotational flexibility of the idlers should be spot-checked monthly, and the defect rate should be kept below 2%. Accumulated material should be regularly cleaned to prevent scratching the belt. Wear monitoring should be conducted monthly using a thickness gauge, and replacement should be planned when the thickness of the covering rubber is less than 50% of the original thickness. Deviation adjustments should be made slightly during equipment operation, with each adjustment not exceeding 5mm.
