When selecting a conveyor belt, the material characteristics must be considered first. For high-temperature materials, a heat-resistant rubber belt with a working temperature range of 150-200℃ should be chosen. When conveying sharp materials such as ore, a heavy-duty belt with a tear resistance rating of ST1600 or higher should be selected, and the thickness of the cover rubber is usually 6-8mm. For inclined conveying, the surface of the belt requires a special pattern design, with an anti-slip angle of up to 30 degrees. In high humidity environments, a mold-resistant polyester canvas belt should be chosen. In places with anti-static requirements, the surface resistance needs to be controlled between 10^6-10^9Ω.
